Boat pillows

For the lake house. Cut to the outline of the hull, printed both sides. Take the ready-made shape, or send a photo of your own boat.

Placeholder artwork. This shape has not been photographed or cut out yet, so the card above shows a stand-in silhouette rather than the pillow you would receive. The name, the sizes and the price are real; the picture is not.

What photo of a boat works best?

On the trailer is easier than on the water. A boat on its trailer sits still, has a clean edge against a driveway, and gives a side profile that cuts out well. On the water, a wake and a reflection both blur the line the outline is taken from.

Can you leave the trailer out?

Yes. Ask in the notes and the hull is cut away from the trailer by hand. It is worth saying: left alone, the trailer is part of the shape because it is part of the photograph.

How big should a boat pillow be?

A hull in profile is long and shallow, so a 26 in pillow is about nine inches tall. If you want something that reads clearly on a couch rather than a bed, 22 in is usually the right one.
