That is the point of it. The outline comes from your photograph, so a lift, 37s, a roof tent, rock sliders and a winch bumper are all part of the shape. Nothing is smoothed away or swapped for a stock silhouette.
Side-on or three-quarter, on level ground, with the whole vehicle in frame. Shooting it head-on makes the outline nearly square, which is a chunkier pillow at the same size. Both work; they just look different.
Yes. Thin things like a rack or an antenna get a plain fabric border of their own, so they survive as part of the shape rather than disappearing. Very thin wires can be lost, so say so in the notes if one matters.
